Sound of Victory

It’s not enough to win, others need to lose. Obstacles are challenges for winners and excuses for losers. It’s the small victories that prevent me from jumping out of the window. If you ever decide to take that step, do a flip! Because if you’re going to go out like that, make it spectacular.

Victory has a hundred fathers and defeat is an orphan. The reason is not far-fetched. You see, Victory’s mother was a very busy woman in her prime, and with Victory being who he is, it’s no wonder a hundred men want to be part of his story. Victory is sweeter after you’ve known defeat. I really despise that defeat guy.

The war against weight. You are not fat. You have fat. You also have fingernails. You are not a fingernail. This is something everyone needs to remember. Satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment. Full effort is full victory. This quote applies to everything except putting on weight. There is no victory without suffering. Embrace it.

Whatever you do, always give 100%. Unless you’re donating blood. Every day is an opportunity disguised as a challenge. If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride – and never quit, you’ll be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards. You just have to open up your mind. A mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work if it’s not open.

Win. No one remembers losers. That’s why I’m retired. Retirement is doing whatever you want, whenever and being able to tell yourself with a sense of victory “I deserve this”. Do you know that you can be employed and retired at the same time? You just have to constantly remind yourself that you’re there for the paycheck. Every day you don’t work hard becomes a win.

“I have not failed, I have just found 1000 ways that wouldn’t work” sounds like failure to me. Spectacular failure. Football is a game of controlled anger. It is a game of retribution. It’s about will. Who wants it more. They call it coaching but is it teaching. You do not just tell them, you tell them the reasons. Victorious warriors win first

  5. The problem is schools are teaching the young it’s better to take part and winning is not important. And then we expect those same little people to grow up, join an army and win a war, or a boardroom battle, or a sporting match, or a govt election…hmmm
