A Bold Step

You grow up the day you have your first real laugh at yourself. Often, in the real world, it is not the smart who get ahead but the bold. Your life is a canvas, and you are the masterpiece. There are a million ways to be kind, amazing, fabulous, creative, interesting and bold. 

A woman is unstoppable once she discovers her worth. It’s such a shame this very rarely happens. What’s worse is that there are those with an inflated sense of worth living in persistent delusion. Unless you believe the future can be better, it’s unlikely you will step up and take responsibility for making it so. 

Monday is the launchpad of your aspirations. Take off with enthusiasm. Improvement starts within you and is dependent on your own efforts.  So make the effort. You must be bold, brave and courageous and find a way…to get in the way.

Monday is the day that tests your coffee maker’s strength and your ability to find matching socks. May your coffee be strong and your day be short. Beat the 5 o’ clock rush, leave work at noon. Seize the day and never let go of its collar. 

Be a stiletto in a room full of flats. We are all ordinary. We are all boring. We are all spectacular. We are all shy. We are all bold. We are all heroes. We are all helpless. It just depends on the day. Stay classy, sassy, and a little bad assy. 

Every accomplishment starts with a decision to try. Yes you were turned down, but if you don’t shoot, how do you score? Memorable people do memorable things. Followers are seldom remembered. The herd mentality is the killer of innovation. When appropriate, be bold in your undertakings. 

Or face a visit from the undertaker
