Real Generosity

Real Generosity is doing something nice for someone who will never find out. Kindness is pulling someone up after they have been knocked down. It matters little if it is you who knocked them down to begin with. A kind gesture can heal a wound that only compassion can’t heal. Grab my hand, it’s time to get up!

Generosity. The habit of giving freely without expecting anything in return. Not to be confused with gift giving which happens solely to get something in return. Happiness is not so much in having as in sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. That being said, I’ll be giving out slaps later today, make it a date.

No one has ever gotten poor by giving. You might not go all the way poor but you will likely join the middle-class. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth. I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the givers soul. Seeing that your soul is dark and condemned, isn’t it wise to send me some money?

Generosity is giving more than you can. Helps if you work at the Bank. To be truly rich, you need generosity. Don’t mistake my kindness for weakness. I’m kind to everyone but when someone is unkind to me, weak is not what you’re going to remember about me. I’m kind because punching people in the face is frowned upon.

Generosity could be as contagious as the zombie plague as long as enough people are willing carriers. You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you. The best thing to do with the best things in life is to give them away. That being said, does anyone fancy a wife? She’s amazing most of the time.

Outrageous generosity is the most fun you will ever have with money. That’s what I consider true generosity. You give your all, and yet you always feel as if it costs you nothing. We must give more to get more. It is the generous giving of ourselves that produces a generous harvest. If you want something, give it…
