Bottled Feelings

Feelings and anger, when bottled up, turn into explosives. Isn’t it funny how you bottle up all your emotions until that bottle starts overflowing and then you let all those emotions out on someone who doesn’t deserve it and is a partially deaf. 

Communicate. Even when it’s uncomfortable or uneasy. One of the best ways to heal, is simply getting everything out. Realizing you bottle up emotions because everyone is going through worse issues, so you shelve yours because it pales in comparison. As you should. 

Aura for aura. I felt so much, that I started to feel nothing. I bottle up all my emotions. But one day that bottle will break and so will I. I intend to break the bottle on your head. Life is basically all the things you have to do to get from coffee to wine time. 

Growing up having to bottle up your feelings sucks. You didn’t have anybody to express your feelings to, so now you just say you’re ‘okay’ because you never learned to communicate your feelings. Making you emotionally repressive and fun to be with. 

Alcohol is the perfect solvent. It dissolves marriages, families and careers. I never see the glass half empty because I drink out the bottle. If at first you don’t succeed, try a bottle opener. It probably isn’t a twist tap. In life, it’s important to make pour decisions. 

On this beautiful day, be sure to take a break from crying at your desk to cry outside. If you see someone crying, ask if it is because of their haircut. I’m not sure how many problems I have because Math is one of them. If you have any problems, reach out. 

Together we will cry it out.
