Nonstop Singing

If singing was food, it will be burnt toast. I hate when I’m singing along to a song and the artist gets the lyrics wrong. Yes I sing in my car. Yes I know you can see me. No I don’t care. This pork my wife just served me is so raw, put a bandaid on it and it’ll sing “Hakuna Matata”

Just because I can’t sing doesn’t mean I won’t sing. I always try to cheer myself up by singing when I get sad. Most of the time, it turns out that my voice is worse than my problems. My wife is singing in the house, I’m sitting outside so the neighbors don’t think I’m hitting her. 

I don’t need a stage, just a shower. Singing in the shower is all fun and games until you get shampoo in your mouth. Then it becomes a soap opera. True love is singing karaoke “Show me the meaning” and letting the other person sing the chorus. 

Can I sing? No. Do I know all the words to the song? No. Will it stop me from singing the song at the top of my voice? Absolutely not. The last time I sang, I counted 9 smiles, 2 belly laughs and 3 chuckles. Though the last one may have been gas. 

Singing isn’t just a hobby, it’s also an escape from reality. The whole basis of my singing is feeling. Unless I feel something, I can’t sing. My taste in music ranges from “You’ve got to listen to this” to “I know, please don’t judge me”. Elite spread. 

A tenor is not a man, but a disease. If someone is laughing, then laugh with them. If someone is singing, then sing with them. If someone is working, let them work…you don’t want to ruin their concentration. If you really want to sing with a friend…
