Up in flames

Being a firefighter is lit…just like the houses we save. Build a man a fire and he’ll be warm for a day, set a man on fire and he’ll be warm for the rest of his life. The beautiful thing is you can’t tell if I mean this literally or figuratively because both apply. Time is the fire in which we burn.

Sometimes we need a little fire to stand up for ourselves, just don’t let it consume you. I was telling a joke about a house that burned down to a firefighter the other day, he had to be there. And you know what happened to him for not being at his job? He got fired!

You light my fire probably because we’re a perfect match. But some fire don’t go out, they go quiet under the ash, waiting for one little dry stick to feed. So the while man, sleep with one eye open, the fire next time. That fire coming. To consume us all, leaving only ash.

It takes two flints to make a fire. Keep a little fire burning, however small, however hidden. In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. Fire tests gold, suffering tests brave men. The difference between a good life and a bad life is how well you walk through fire. 

Everyone knows how to light their fire but champions know when to light the fire. The flame is not out but it is flickering.  It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. Afire love. 

Never let an old flame burn you twice. Two souls, one flame, destined to burn through time together. Those lips curved into a knowing smile that did funny things to her insides. And like a match tossed to gasoline, her body sparked alive and flames licked every inch of her. 

To achieve anything, you need burning desire.

    Not Much Different
    Than What’s Revealed
    At the End of the Book

    A ‘Lake of Fire’ For Ever Again
    For Those Naughty Instead of Nice

    (Hey at Least ‘They’ Don’t Burn New
    Skin And Renew it Forever to Burn it Again

    In Other More ‘Satanic Verses’ too It Seems)

    Hey at Least ‘Old Coke Santa Claus’ Doesn’t Fire
    Folks Forever Yet ‘Bad Orange Man’ Probably

    Would Do It to

    ‘The Boss’

    If He Was Truly

    Supernatural

    And Not Just A Figment
    Of HiS Own iMaGiNaTioN
    That Sadly Other Folks Support

    And
    Still
    BRinG
    to Living Death
    For Others To Suffer
    in Misery Just for the Hell
    oF iT Sadistically as Around
    3 Percent of the Population TEnd to Do…

    Created By Humans
