Meekness is the mask of malice. Humans are really funny. You don’t have money, you beg me for money. I tell you that I don’t have any to give you. You get angry with me and start keeping malice. Why are you not angry with yourself for not having said money to begin with?
Never confuse thoughtlessness with malice. Meekness is not weakness, but spiritual strength harnessed for service. Life is the warfare against the malice of others. People who keep malice have this uncanny ability to listen to one story and understand another. Schizophrenia lite.
If malice or envy were tangible and had a shape, it would be the shape of a boomerang. Behind every successful person lies a park of haters. It’s the hate that fuels the drive to success. Palpable hatred can inspire you to break a world record. As for me, I thrive off negativity.
I don’t have anger issues. People make me angry, and that’s the issue. I can’t also tell if people are becoming more stupid, or if my tolerance for idiots is getting lower. Or both? I’m typically the fan favorite of the ignorant. They love me wholeheartedly, because they’re ignorant.
A wise man gets more use from his enemies than a fool from his friends. I don’t have haters, just fans in denial. You’re not just jealous of what I have, you’re jealous that you can’t have it as well. I’ve met some pricks in my time, but you my friend, are an entire cactus.
Why bear malice? Just let it go. So what of pride? It will swallow you whole. Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence. Nothing is over and done with. Nothing. Not even your malice. I won’t say you’re stupid. You truly are.
But I wouldn’t say it.
