Life is too short to stress yourself with people who don’t deserve to be an issue. Don’t be too moral. You may cheat yourself out of much in life. Instead, aim above morality. Be not simply good; be good for something. Being “good for nothing” also works as well. 

One lie is enough to question all the truth. Wise married women don’t trouble themselves about infidelity in their husbands. Don’t go out of your way to catch your man cheating, if you’re not going to leave. Those unpaid hours of investigation should count for something. 

Infidelity is not a mistake, it’s a choice. Once a cheater, always a repeater. Nobody cheats more than a person that isn’t good in bed. They’re usually overeager to show their disability everywhere they go. Students cheat because schools value grades over learning. 

Apologies don’t mean anything if you keep doing what you’re sorry for. Cheating on your partner then coming home to them and looking them in the eyes and telling them you love them isn’t just disrespect. It’s a level of psychopathy that is repulsive. 

Even the most trusted person could lie. Even the best friend could change. Even the sweetest woman could cheat. Even the strongest friendship could ruin. Even the person you love the most could be gone. Sad to think. Hard to accept. But this is the reality. 

Infidelity does not happen from a lack of love. It comes from a lack of respect, from selfishness and being an all round scumbag. Trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair. Lying, stealing and cheating are commonplace. 

Infidelity borrows happiness from tomorrow
