I hope life isn’t a joke, because I don’t get it. I was given the name Prospect because people have high hopes for me. I had to have high, high hopes for a living. Shooting for the stars when I couldn’t make a killing. Didn’t have a dime but I always had a vision. I’ve always had high, high hopes. Low expectations, high hopes.
High heels, high hopes. So if you’re comfortable wearing flats, it says a lot about your hopes for the future. A successful woman is one who can build a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at her. There you have it. The key to success is to be stoned with bricks. My friends and I would be at the junction with a pile of bricks waiting for you.

Too many high hopes, too many disappointments. It’s the hope that kills. It is a simple but sometimes forgotten truth that the greatest enemy to present joy and high hopes is the cultivation of retrospective bitterness. That being said, remember to take your wickedness pills. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and two at night. Stay wicked.
I have high hopes of smashing my name into history so violently that it will take a legendary form even if all books are destroyed. Everything that is done in this world is done by hope. I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific. Hope is being able to see that there is light, despite all the darkness.
Attitude keeps me going or cripples my progress. It alone fuels my fire or assaults my hopes. When my attitudes are right, there is no barrier too high, no valley too deep, no dream too extreme, and no challenge too great for me. When my attitudes are wrong, waking up to face a new day becomes the most difficult thing in the world.
The important thing is to never stop questioning. Hopes were high. But just like a balloon pushed past its breaking point, hope is fragile. One lungful of air too many and the balloon bursts leaving ugly, shriveled fragments behind. Impossible to piece back together. Learn from yesterday, live for today, and hope for tomorrow.
Trying is the first step towards failure. Suspense is terrible, I hope it lasts. You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you. Fear less, hope more. Eat less, chew more. Whine less, breathe more. Talk less, say more. Love more, and all good things will be yours. To my dear lover. You deserve good things…
and I want to be one of them.

Jip you got me … it works for me for the simple reason that what I desire is usually doable…. attainable, because intricately I am, above all, ta-da-tssssss… a realist. :))

Haha, aren’t we all realists? Some people just spend more time in denial than others

I find that more often than not, your posts challenge my thinking, I don’t always try to analyze it as much as I try to identify, empathize or understand. Make sense?

Haha, makes a lot of sense. Hopefully they never stop challenging you and giving you sleepless nights

I’m going to inscribe this statement on the tables of my heart. Thanks.

I have high hopes, but I’m a short person. I never seem to be able to jump high enough to reach my goals. This is even after I take a double dose of wicked pills.
