Sweet Confusion

If you can’t convince them, confuse them. Nobody realizes that some people expend tremendous energy merely to be normal. The mind is intrinsically tranquil. Out of this tranquility, anxiety and confusion are born. If you see and recognize this confusion, then your mind is tranquil once more. There are those who’d rather be anxious because it’s their dream to die by having a heart attack.

Square boxes, round pizza, triangle slices. Not confusing at all. An expert is a man (women can’t be experts) who tells you a simple thing in a confused way in such a fashion as to make you think the confusion is your own fault. Once you accept your perpetual state of confusion, everything gets a lot clearer.

If confusion is the first step to knowledge, I must be genius. If you’re not confused, you’re not paying attention. Have patience. In times of indecision and confusion, certainty is often just one insight away. She likes him. He likes her. It’s obvious to everyone. Except them. They somehow end up marrying other people and the divorce rates continue to soar.

Being polite is so rare these days that it is often confused with flirting. Don’t get confused between my personality and attitude. My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are. I’m successful, deal with it! All success is loud. There’s no secret about success. Did you ever know a successful man who didn’t tell you about it? Exactly!

There’s no confusion like the confusion of a simple mind. Sometimes I can’t figure out if I’m in preschool or high school. Oh wait…I’m at work. Life is like a multiple choice, sometimes the choices confuse you, not the question itself. You can love two people, but you cannot be in love only with two people at the same time. You can extend it to three, four and even five. As many tabs as your brain can keep open and running.

Some people get confused if a sentence does not end as they potato. The most confused we ever get is when we try to convince our heads of something our hearts know is a lie. Feelings don’t ever make sense. They get you all confused. Then they drive you around for hours before they drop you right back where you started.

My brain currently has too many tabs open. My life has a superb cast, but I can’t figure out the plot. When there’s a confusion between your heart and mind, don’t listen to your mind because your mind knows everything but your heart knows only you. Someday everything will make perfect sense. For now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason…

except being short. There’s no reason!

  5. Who is faking it, and who is for real? You can imagine the confusion, especially when ‘fake it till you make it’ is considered a highly underrated skill.

  6. i used to spend a lot of energy trying to be normal. I don’t bother anymore. It causes a lot of confusion, especially when I drive. Nobody bothers to put me back in the normal box because I am old. It leads them to think I am acting normal.
