True Blindness

People are blind to reality and only see what they want to see. Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth. I’m not blind and stupid. I’m just in love. A mathematician is a blind man in a dark room looking for a black cat which isn’t there.

The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision. To people who love you, you are beautiful already. This is not because they are blind to your shortcomings but because they can so clearly see your soul. If the whole world was blind, how many people would you impress?

Love is blind but marriage is a real eye opener. An eye for an eye will lead to more blindness. Finally, a principle I can get behind. Love is blind and marriage is the institution for the blind. I may be blind but at least I’m not black. If a man should live in peace, he should be blind, deaf and dumb.

A blind man who sees is better than a seeing man who is blind. Love is not blind, it simply enables you to see what others fail to see. We’re not meant to be color blind, but to see all this beauty, in every color, and every kind. Speaking of, how do blind people know when they’re done wiping their ass?

There is a condition worse than blindness, and that is, seeing something that isn’t there. Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. Like the majority of deaf people, I don’t like blind people much. Hatred is blind, as well as love. A person who can explain color to a blind man can explain any thing in life.

What is research but a blind date with knowledge. I’ve been on so many blind dates, I should get a free dog. The eyes are useless when the mind is blind. It is not love that should be depicted as blind, but self-love. Blind faith in your leaders, or in anything, will get you killed.

Never take advice about never taking advice. That is an old vice of men, to dish out without being able to take it. The blind leading the blind into more blindness. There are worse forms of blindness than what love may induce. Past is deaf. Future is mute.

Present is blind.
