Willingness

Willingness to change is a strength, even if it means plunging part of the company into total confusion for a while. If you’re not willing to risk the unusual, you have to settle for the mundane. The willingness to show up changes us. It makes us a little braver each time. 

If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you. The world is full of willing people. Some willing to work, the rest willing to let them. If he is willing to give you the moon and the stars, you should be willing to sacrifice uranus. 

Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone. I suppose this explains why I have still not called you back. Family is not about blood. It’s about who is willing to hold your hand when you need it the most. And lead you into even bigger problems. 

The amount of good luck coming your way depends on your willingness to act. You need courage. Courage is simply the willingness to be afraid and act anyway. As a child my family’s menu consisted of two choices: Take it or Leave it. I oftentimes chose hunger. 

It’s not that I’m not willing to listen to you tell your story, it’s the fact that you keep adding timestamps that turn out to be largely irrelevant to the story. If the audience knows you can be funny when you want to be, they will be willing to wait for that payoff. You owe me. 

We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. It is only if the mind is willing that the body can go. The crap you hear about me might be true, or it could be as fake as the person who told you. One thing is sure…
