Letting go of Hate

Do you ever meet someone for the first time and want to buy them a toaster for their bathtub? Now, I’m not saying that I hate you but if you were on fire and I had water, I would drink it. Today is the day I no longer have the energy to pretend to like you. If someone hates you for no reason, give them one. Be proactive 🤔!

I don’t give any reason for anyone to hate me. They create their own little drama out of jealousy. Love me or hate me, either way, I’m on your mind. Envy me. Hate me. Rate me. The bottom line is, you ain’t me. Which is good for you though, because you wouldn’t last a mile in my shoes. They’re size 47. All my shoes are custom made 👞

Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated. People are probably not happy with their lives if they’re busy discussing yours. Don’t be offended by the gossip, rather be flattered. You’re getting your flowers now that you’re still alive. Revel in the moment. Celebrate 🎉!

Hate has caused a lot of problems in the world today and up until now, it is yet to solve a single problem. Hating people is like burning down your house to get rid of a rat. Granted you get the job done but you become homeless as a consequence. Offer the rat some cheese and a free pass to some rooms in the house. Compromise is key 🔑

Insecure people put others down to raise themselves up. If you find it difficult to praise others then your heart is dark. Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that. Think of love as a lightbulb. Switch it on and become the light💡

The less you respond to negative people, the more peaceful your life will become. Your time is too precious to be sacrificed in wasted days combating the menial forces of hate, jealousy and envy. Choose rather to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not 🙅‍♂️

Hate is a weak emotion, a sign of failure. If you hate a person, you hate something in him that is a part of yourself. What isn’t part of ourselves doesn’t disturb us. It is easy to hate and difficult to love. Animals don’t hate and we’re supposed to be better than them. Hate me not. I see through you 👀

  4. I’ve bought a few toasters in my time, but you are right. Hate is like burning down your house to get rid of rats. I tried it, and it didn’t work.

  10. HATE often coupled with malice/enmity
    You become extremely hostile towards another…….dislike for another it isn’t a positive emotional response towards some persons …Stop the hate cos u end up hating urself
