How to handle Surprises

When I was born I was so surprised I didn’t talk for a year and a half. It took a lot of bribery and corruption to get me to speak. I was shook. I never want to do the same things twice. My life is so full of surprises nothing surprises me anymore.

I don’t like to think before I speak. I like to be just as surprised as everyone else about what comes out of my mouth. There is no surprise more magical than the surprise of being loved. Because, how dare you love me regardless?

Sometimes I drink a glass of water just to surprise my liver. Life is full of surprises, you don’t know what will hit you. I like surprises. Comedy is surprises, so if you’re intending to make someone laugh and they don’t laugh, that’s funny.

Life is such a surprise. You never know when you’re going to drop dead. There are some near death experiences that give you an idea. If you’ve had up to five, the handwriting is definitely on the wall. Expect nothing. Live frugally on surprise.

The best things happen unexpectedly. Sometimes what you’re looking for comes when you’re not looking at all. If you want better days, stop looking for him. He’ll find you. In the middle of the night, if you’re still reading this then trust me you too don’t work.

The husband who decides to surprise his wife is often very much surprised himself. Surprise yourself by changing your dream to reality. One of the greatest discoveries a man makes, one of his great surprises, is to find he can do what he was afraid he couldn’t do. Surprise me

  1. Well, did you know that the universe is infinitely expanding at a rate of 70 kilometers per second per megaparsec? Yeah, science is full of surprises just like life. You never stop learning and discovering, and that’s what keeps things interesting.

But sometimes surprises can be unsettling. Like when you accidentally text the wrong person something embarrassing, or when you start a conversation with someone and realize mid-way that you’ve already had it before. It can make you feel like you’re stuck in a time loop or living in a reality show.

In those moments, you just have to take a deep breath and embrace the chaos and absurdity of life. Because let’s face it, we’re all stumbling around blindly, hoping we’re making the right choices and doing the right thing. But the beauty of it all is that we’re doing it together.

So the next time life throws you a curveball, just remember to smile and say “surprise!”. And who knows, maybe it’ll be the best thing that ever happened to you. Because sometimes, the most unexpected things can lead to the most incredible adventures.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to surprise my cat by pretending to throw a ball and then hiding it behind my back. Hey, it’s the little things in life, right?
